As demand continues to grow, the Costa Blanca offers promising prospects for luxury property investor. Rental yields in coastal hotspots like Alicante and Benidorm have increased, with a 23% rise in holiday flat listings in Alicante during 2023 and 2024, indicating a robust short-term rental market.

Andalusia and the Costa del Sol

Moncloa-Aravaca, known for its safety and proximity to educational institutions, has seen a steady 3% annual rise in property prices, attracting those prioritizing security and consistent growth. The city is increasingly attracting multinational corporations and startups. Madrid isn’t just an investment hotspot—it’s also one of Europe’s most vibrant capitals, blending history, culture, and modern living.

Barcelona and the Costa Brava
